Dr. Basudev Sunani (1962), an award-winning writer of Odisha. His works have been translated into the English, German, Arabic, Indigenous-Australian, Hindi, Gujarati, Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Tamil, Marathi and Urdu. He has received more than seventeen national and regional awards. He has presented more than 15 papers in an International and National Seminar organized by different Institute and University including Delhi University, JamiaMilia University and Central University, Hyderabad, Madras University. Currently he is engaged in editing a collection of poems in Domb language, a marginalized language of the Domb community along with a novel on Buddhism.
