Dr. Debasis Mohapatra, a Linguist by profession, presently working as a Senior Fellow at Centre of Excellence for Studies in Classical Odia, Ministry of Education, Government of India. Previously he was Language Instructor in American Institute of Indian Studies to teach Odia language to American students. He is now doing research on rock edicts of Odisha. He has two YouTube channels on grammar and language, one in Odia entitled- AmaBhasaAmaVyakarana and the other one in english entitled- The Basics. He has some books to his credit like Difficulties Confronted by American English Speakers Learning Odia ( Research Work), Bhasa O Sahitya, Byakarana, AmaBarnamala and Bhasakatha etc.
